Updating the guide

Before updating the guide perform the following simple steps:
  1. Disable the finishing line.
  2. Use Merge Plugin Hide to unhide all merges.
  3. Pay close attention to the mods name in MO2 when updating.
  4. Hide whatever merges that aren’t regenerated.
  5. Regenerate any merges listed. Make sure for each merge to uncheck then recheck any plugin in zMerge to update its internal loadorder.
  6. Regenerate any Finishing Line stuff listed.

Note

FOR USERS THAT ARE UPDATING AND HAVE AN OLDER NPC RETEXTURE MERGE BUILT IT CRITICAL THAT THE MO2 NPC RETEXTURE MERGE PROFILE IS BASED ON THIS UPDATE SO THE LEFT PANE MATCHES WHAT IS IN THE GUIDE. FOR USERS UPDATING, IT WILL BE EASIEST TO REINSTALL THE ENTIRE NPC RETEXTURE SECTION ON PART 3. THIS UPDATE REQUIRES A NEW GAME NO IF OR BUTS.
